PayPal wird auf Einglisch Angezeigt

Hallo Liebe Forum User,

Ich schreibe Euch allen aus folgendem Grund.

Ich habe mehrere Shops mit XT Commerce die laufen wunderbar.
Doch habe ich nun ein Problem wofür ich keine Lösung weiss.

Wen ein Kunde die Zahlung PayPal wählt und auf PayPal weitergeleitet wird kommt die PayPal Seite auf Englisch.

Da aber meine Kunden nicht Englisch können sind diese überfordert mit der Englischen PayPal Seite.

Weiss jemand von Euch wie das ich es regeln kann das meine Kunden auf die Deutsche PayPal Seite gelangen?

Ich wäre Euch um jede Hilfe Dankbar. Den das ist Schaade und mir gehen viele Kunden verloren.

Es ist schade, dass niemand auf die vorhergehende Frage antworten kann.

Erst möchte ich sagen, dass mein Deutsch nicht ganz gut ist. Trotzdem...

Leider, habe ich das entgegengesetzte Problem.
Ich habe den Brief von meinem Käufer bekommen, in dem er schreibt:

I indicated I wanted to pay with my Paypal account. Although checkout knows I am in the United States, it refers me to a German/Austrian unit of Paypal. This will not work.

This is simply implemented by including an address box and calculate button on each product page. Customers can obtain an estimate of shipping costs for the item by entering their address and clicking the calculate button.

Es ist nicht die erste Bestellung aus USA in meinem Shop, aber bis jetzt teilte niemand mir über solches Problem mit. Doch wurden die Bestellungen gehabt, die nicht bestätigt waren, d.h. die Bestellung war aufgemacht, aber die Bezahlung war nicht bekommen. Möglich die Käufer, geratend auf die deutsche PayPal-seite, beendeten den Prozess der Bezahlung nicht.

Ich bin kein grosser Spezialist, deshalb bitte ich Ihrer Hilfe, wie ich kann, die Veränderungen zu machen, damit im Folgenden alles Î.Ê ging.?
