XT Commerce Update auf Veyton 4.0 = Probleme

Hallo,
ich habe heute versucht Veyton zu installieren und kämpfe nun mit den Nachwehen!
Ich habe die Software entpackt, dann in einem Unterordner installiert.
Soweit so gut...
Habe dann das Migrationstool nutzen wollen um die Daten rüber zu spielen; es kam immer die Fehlermeldung "benötige Schreibrechte für template_c".
Template_c ist aber richtig eingestellt und eine .htacces gibts so wie ich das sehe nicht.
Irgendwann habe ich dann entnervt alles wieder runtergeworfen und ein Backup wiederhergestellt und habe jetzt überall den Quatsch hier:

Kann da bitte jemand helfen um zumindest das wieder in den Griff zu bekommen?

Nächste Frage; was taugt der Bezahl Support und coacht der mich vernünftig da durch?
