PHP 5.1.2 Magic quotes On .htaccess Fehler 403

Hallo

Ich habe drei Probleme bei Installation

Als erstes wird PHP 5.1.2 erfüllt. Laut info.php habe ich PHP 5.1.2

Zweitens Magic quotes On. Laut info.php ist Magic quotes On für die Domain auf On

Drittens wenn ich die .htaccess aktiviere bekomme ich Fehler 403
