Wie Passe Ich Das Kontakt Formular Von Xt:commerce An ?

Hallo,

So sieht ja das standard Kontaktformular von xt:Commerce aus:



.. das gefällt mir aber überhaupt nicht! Wie bekomme ich es denn hin das dieses so aussieht:



Guckt mal, hab hier einen html Code von einer Seite die auch ein solches Kontaktformular verwendet, vielleicht kann man das ja dafür gebrauchen, ich habe aber keine Ahnung wo man dies wie wenn es zu gebrauchen ist einpflegen muss.
