hilfe bei installation

Hallo erstmal
Ich habe mir xt commerce gekauft aber habe echt keine ahnung wie ich das auf denn web hoch schieben soll ich hab mit plesk einen kunden + domaine angelegt wenn ich per ftp auf den webspace gehe wo muss was rein von den prog bitte um hilfe

wer kann mir soweit helfen das ich es schonmal grob ans laufen bekomme bitte um antwort!!!

Also, wenn DU dich per FTP einloggst solltest du unter plesk ja so einige Ordner sehen, wichtig für's Web sind die beiden Ordner "httpdocs" und evt. "httpsdocs" Wenn du nicht gerade den ganzen Shop über eine verschlüsselte Verbindung laufen lassen willst, kannst du einfach alles in dern Ordner "httpdocs" hochladen. Ich weiß nicht genau ob sich seit den letzten versionen von XTC etwas an der Ordnerstruktur geändert hat, aber bei meiner letzten version war in dem download Archiv ein ordner "xtcommerce". Und den gesamten Inhalt dieses Ordners solltest Du dann in den Ordner "httpdocs"
hochladen. dann solltest du über www.[deinedomain].de/xtc_installer
den Installer des Shops sehen, und von da aus wirst Du dann geleitet. =)

du solltest als Supportkunde in demSuport Bereich schreiben, damit die leute von Support dich antworten kann.
