Installationsproblem!

Ich habe alles per SmartFTP aufgespielt und bekomme jetzt immer folgende Fehlermeldungen, wenn ich auf xtc_install gehe...

Als ich dann in einem Forum etwas gefunden hatte, was man ändern soll, wenn man den Webspace z.B. bei Strato hat, habe ich dann folgende Fehlermeldungen bekommen:

Ich hoffe mir kann jemand von euch helfen, dass ich es endlich einmal schaffe XTC zu installieren.
