Testinstallation lokal

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe den Shop auf einem Webserver beim Provider schon laufen. Nun bin ich derzeit an der Überarbeitung des Designs und möchte dies lokal tun. Dafür habe ich einen Collax Server installiert , welcher den Webserver zur Verfügung stellt. trotz setzen der Rechte auf 777 erhalte ich folgend Fehlermeldung

Irgendwie scheint // hinter http falsch zu sein, ich bekomms aber nicht weg. irgend jemand eine Idee ?
