Kein Login nach Installation

Hallo liebe Community,

ich bin xtc-Neuling. Habe gerade die aktuelle Version 3.04SP2.1 installiert. Der Aufruf des Shops funktioniert auch tadellos - nur, ich kann mich nicht anmelden.

Fehlermeldung:
"Fehler: Verbindung unterbrochen.
Die Verbindung zum Server wurde zurückgesetzt, während die Seite geladen wurde."

Da die Links zum Login alle auf PHP-Dateien verweisen, vermute ich mal, dass das Problem damit zu tun hat, dass diese Dateien meine SQL-Datenbank nicht finden.

Wie kann ich das ändern - und wo? Welche Einstellungen auf dem Server?

bin bei Hosteurope und habe SSL aktiviert (auch bei der Inst. von xtc).

Hallo, habe im moment das selbe Problem, nach dem ich einige einstellungen im shop vorgenommen habe konnte ich mich auf einmal nicht mehr einloggen, sprich die Stertseite geht zwar aber keinerlei seite die ich darauf anklicke, eben auch nicht der Login.
Fehler wird mir folgender angezeigt

Unable to determine the page link!

Da alle seiten auf meinen server verlinken denke ich das hier das Problem liegt und nach längeren Suchen habe ich in meinen Datenbanken auch folgende Fehlermeldung gefunden:

PMA Database ... fehlerhaft
Allgemeine Verknüpfungsfunktionen Deaktiviert

Wo kann ich diese Funktion aktievieren?
Ich habe leider von solchen sachen keine Ahnung

Du hast aus Versehen wohl Deinen Status verändert.
Du kannst das in der DB ändern unter Customers - da customers_status auf 0 stellen, steht sicher auf 2

dann gehts wieder, hatte das gleiche Problem auch erst.

Falls Du das nicht machen kannst, weil Du Dich nicht an die DB traust, dann melde Dich bei mir,

Hallo ich habe auch das Problem. Ich habe XTC ganz frisch installiert und den Shop aufrufen klappt alles wunderbar. Bloß das ich mich nicht einloggen kann.

Ich bekomm dann immer diese Fehlermeldung ( /login.php?action=process ) :

Objekt nicht gefunden!

Der angeforderte URL konnte auf dem Server nicht gefunden werden. Der Link auf der verweisenden Seite scheint falsch oder nicht mehr aktuell zu sein. Bitte informieren Sie den Autor dieser Seite über den Fehler.

Sofern Sie dies für eine Fehlfunktion des Servers halten, informieren Sie bitte den Webmaster hierüber.

Hoffentlich kann mir jemand helfen !

Von was für eine Server redet Ihr. Lokaler apache, xampp, xing oder Webserver Unix/Windows? Sagt mal was, damit man die Fehler eingrenzen kann!
Wie SSL aktiviert in einem Verzeichnis oder seperat, und hast su ein SSL Zertifikat? Gibt dir Hosteupe ein anders Verzeichnis für SSL an? Kannst du mal ein

Auf dem Server läuft Plesk und es ist SSL aktiviert. Wenn ich mich versuche einzuloggen erscheint im FireFox das Schloss. Dort kann ich dann draufklicken um mir das Sicherheitszertifikat anzeigen zu können. Dort wird dann angezeigt das es ein Zertifikat von Plesk ist. Ich hoffe du kannst mir helfen.

Hab Version 3.0.4SP2.1 jetzt installiert. Nach der Installation kam folgende Meldung:

Kann den Shop aber trotzdem aufrufen. Dauert nur ewig lange.
Zum Newsletter kann man sich anmelden. Die Seiten für AGB´s, Versandkosten usw. werden auch angezeigt.

Als Kunde oder Admin kann man sich aber nicht anmelden. Es kommt dann folgende Meldung:

Fehler: Netzwerk-Zeitüberschreitung
Der Server unter vip-membersphp.webc.lyceu.net braucht zu lange, um eine Antwort zu senden.

Bin Neuling und brauche wirklich Hilfe. Vielleicht ist jemand so nett und sieht sich meinen Account mal an?
Ausser dem nackigen Shop ist noch nichts auf dem Server, deshalb schreib ich die Zugangsdaten ruhig mal hier rein. Werd sie später wieder ändern.

Ich bin wirklich für jede Hilfe dankbar. Vorher hatte ich oscommerce installiert
und diese Software lief einwandfrei und schnell. Deswegen verstehe ich das Ganze nicht so recht. Jemand von euch vielleicht?

Ich sehe, dass du Suchmaschinen freundliche URLs hast. Unterstützt das dein Server/Provider überhaupt? Vielleicht liegt der Fehler dort. Die Seiten sind immer noch leer.
