Chmod zurücksetzen

Hy Leute,meine Installation hat soweit echt gut und ohne Komplikationen funktioniert.
Allerdings kann ich die Rechte der configure.php etc nicht zurücksetzen.
Ich gebe "444" ein und er macht immer ein"644" draus... woran liegt das?

Das Problem hat sich erledigt. Lag am Webspace..
Dieses ist allerdings geblieben:

hey, ist der fehler unbekannt? Ich denke mal,dass es irgendwas mit den Chmod rechten zu tun hab, aber von welcher datei und wie?
