SAFE MODE Restriction, Cache limiter, session cookie fehler

Hallo,

ich sitze bereits seit 2 tagen rum und versuche diese fehlermeldungen wegzubekommen:

Warning: session_save_path() [function.session-save-path]: SAFE MODE Restriction in effect. The script whose uid is 857 is not allowed to access owned by uid 0 in /srv/www/web45/html/shop/includes/application_top.php on line 250

Warning: session_start() [function.session-start]: Cannot send session cookie - headers already sent by (output started at /srv/www/web45/html/shop/includes/application_top.php:250) in /srv/www/web45/html/shop/includes/application_top.php on line 281

aber es klappt einfach nicht. aufs verderben nicht.

Ist hier so oft erläutert worden.Vorher "Suche" starten,dann Fragen.
Setze alle configure.php und configure.org.php (letzte Zeile) auf 'mysql'.
Speichert dann in Datenbank.Muss öfters gelleert werden,ansonsten haste Fehlermeldung (wen voll) beim starten vom Shop.
