[v2] Installationsfehlermeldung und Updatefrage

Hallo,

Ich habe bereits (positive) Erfahrungen mit Oscommerce sammeln k?nnen und m?chte es nun mal xtc versuchen .

Keiner kauft gerne die Katze im Sack, also versuche ich mich erstmal an der f?r alle downloadbaren Version 2.0 (RC 1.2). Dazu gleich meine erste Frage: ich darf davon ausgehen, dass eine Migration von v2 auf v3 problemlos m?glich sein wird?

Nun zum ersten Stolperstein: nach dem Upload der Dateien und Rechtevergabe laut FAQ starte ich die Installtion mit /xtcommerce/xtc_installer/index.php und erhalte gleich eine ganze Reihe von Fehlern:

Mein Kunde ist leider Kunde bei Strato, aber das ist hoffentlich kein KO-Kriterium .

Was ?bersehe ich bzw. mache ich falsch?

rofl, sorry aber ich finde hier den edit-knopp nicht (oder gibt's etwa keinen???).

jedenfalls bin nun auch ich depp auf einige der vielen anderen strato-threads gesto?en .

wirkt alles etwas chaotisch hier, ich hoffe der interne bereich sieht besser aus .

ich frage mich, warum sich kein admin/mod oder sonstwer mit ahnung von php/apache dem problem strato annimmt und die ?nderungen zusammengefasst im board anpinnt oder ins faq schiebt.

falls strato aus sicht der entwickler generell als hoster ausscheidet, w?re eine liste mit m?glichen (/unproblematischen) hostern auf der startseite angebracht.
