Fehler Nach Bestellung Checkout_process.php

Nach dem Bestellvorgang (Version XT 3.03) kommt immer eine Fehlerseite.

Angezeigt wird dann diese URL und der dazu der Bildschirm mit dem Fehler:

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Die Bestellung wird im System trotz des Fehlers eingetragen.

Ich habe das Problem bisher noch nicht l?sen k?nnen.
