ja steht doch da, sogar gross geschrieben. erkl?rung hierzu ca. 1000x im forum und auch in den docs/faq -> rechte richtig vergeben, bei hoster-inst mittels chmod deines ftp-progs, bei lokaler inst unter windoof/xampp rechtsklick auf die datei.
