Header_title_top Change

Hi all
can you help me pease?
I will change display ine the HEADER_TITLE_TOP line, ie. now is displayed this:

Index -> Catalog -> Categorie -> Product model
I will that this line looks like:

Index -> Catalog -> Categorie -> Product name
not Product model.

Is that possible?
