Gdlib Gif-support Error!

I cannot speak german,I wonder where can I download the Gdlib to continue with the installation in my localhost.

GDLib has to be installed on the server by the hoster.

If you want to use xampp or minixampp OFFLINE in an actual version, the required gdlib is there included and available. You must only check the actual version of php its running, but there will be an php-switch.bat, that you allows to switch between v. 5.*.* and v.4.*.*.

V2 RC1.2 needs the version 4.

ONLINE it must be realized by your hoster, like hhgag had posted yet.
