Shopstat Problem

Hi all
I uses shopstat feauture to convert php files to search engines friendly html files. Everything works fine if I uses subdomain as root http server in the configure.php (define('HTTP_SERVER', 'http://shop.domain.com');
but I will place my shop to the subdomain, ie: http://www.domain.com/shop, and this is not possible. I receive this error: File does not exist: /home/myhost/public_html/ProductCategory/ProductName-test::18.html
