if you query for "site:www.coreoworld.com" in google, you will see that your domain has been crawled by google.

of course your shop will not show up in the google search results if you dont have any content like product descriptions, individual text etc on your page...

You should also use Search Engine friendly URL´s like www.coreoworld.com/wheelchair/wheelchair-1.html and not www.coreoworld.com/index.php?page=product&info=5.

And as mzanier already wrote, your Website has absolutely no Content. That´s not helpfull at all for your Google and Yahoo Ranking.

There´s an Option called "Meta Title". You can choose your own Meta Title for each Site / Product.
