How to remove the function: Customer reviews

This is my first time visit the Forum,

I have a question, but I view and search other Posts,
cann't find out the answer,
there are some China webstie put AD on my website via "Customer reviews",
may I remove the function?

now i'm delate these AD from "Product Reviews" 1 by 1....
