XT-Commerce v2.0 RC1.2 - Admin error

Fatal error: Cannot re-assign $this in /home/frenteur/public_html/shop/admin/includes/classes/upload.php on line 33

Ive just instaled this xtCommerce version, and when it comes to enter on the admin panel it gives me this error, any one have a clue or know how to fix it?

please use actual xt:Commerce Version

2.0 is over 4 Years old and not secure.
