'IMAGE NOT EXIST' Message - Any help i would be most greatfull.

Hi People,

Hopefully someone can help, i am pulling my hair out at this stage, i have been working on my site for the last 5 months or so, and its nearly ready to launch, but all of a sudden today, i have tried to upload some new products, but when i try to upload a image of the product - i get the message, 'IMAGE NOT EXIST'.

I have tried it with many different formats, jpeg, gif etc.. and on different PC's etc.. but i still get the small message, i was working fine all along untill today

Maybe i deactivated some setting by accident? i dont know? - i dont think i did..

If any one can help i will be very greatfull.

long time that you posted your problem. is the problem still there, what version do you use ?, has your provider changed anything in the serversettings, meantime ? like php update or mysql update ?

im having exact same problem..
it somehow will not show no matter how many times i upload
please help

check the chmod of the product images folder and the 4 subfolder , they should be 777
