fehler bei bestellung

hallo leute. ich habe das problem bei meinem shop, dass wenn eine bestellung ausgef?hrt werden soll, folgende fehlermeldung auftaucht:

diese meldung taucht auf, wenn man zum file "checkout_process.php" kommt. kann mir jemand sagen, wie man diese fehlermeldung beheben kann? danke!
