Fehler in der Suchoption Einstellung

Hallo habe einen Fehler im Backend bei der Suchoption Einstellung, es gab hier schon ein ähnliches Thema dies hat mir aber nicht weiter geholfen.

Die Suche im Shop funktioniert ohne Probleme, es ist lediglich ein Schönheitsfehler im Admin-Bereich
