Internal error 500 foto upload

When I add a new product everything is saved but when I try to upload a photo I get an (internal error 500) error code. This has just begun recently after my host had to restart the server I am linked to.

I have written this in English as my writing skills in German are limited (Grammtik).

Im sorry I can't help you I have the same problem.
Sometimes it works and sometimes not.
I don't know what I should do.

I hope someone has a solution for this problem!
