keine admin buttons

Hallo,

Ich habe ein Problem und zwar werden mir im admininterface keine buttons angezeigt. Aus anderen Beutr?gen wei? ich, das das Problem in den configure Dateien zu suchen ist. Leider kann ich selbst den Fehler nicht finden.
Also poste ich mal die beiden Dateien und hoffe, dass ihr den Fehler findet.
