Each user announced in the Shop can be found in the customer administration. There you have an overview and for each customer, its orders, a note system, with which you may add notes to the customer and you also have direct email possibilities. To each customer are different supply and ship-to addresses callably, if the customer choosed this option. Also customers can be registered manually. |

In the order management the received orders can be called up comfortably . If partial deliveries are to be made, one can edit the order in its entirety. Package slips and bills can be printed. Using this menu you can inform the customer also about the processing status of the order. For the security of the dealer you also find the associated IP address of the customer and you have all contacts and telephone numbers directly by your hand. |  |
